Texting, it’s everywhere and now we are doing it too!
We are excited to announce that our dental practice is able to communicate with you even more efficiently in the methods you prefer! We now have the ability to have text conversations with our patients.
We’re not just talking about the appointment reminders we’ve been sending out, we are talking about communicating with us the way you would with your family and friends. The majority of our customers’ text so we wanted to give our patients that option. Just text our office phone number, which is now text enabled, and we’ll respond right back to you.
Why is this important? Well, it allows you to communicate with us when and how you want to. Of course, we still have our phone but wanted to give our patients more ways to reach us that’s convenient for them. You can text us questions for just about anything; scheduling, insurance, appointments, Coats for Kids, or specific questions for our dentists.
